What is Gastro Hub?

Gastro Hub by Kimisuite is an all-in-one restaurant management platform — point of sale, kitchen tickets, table reservations, online ordering, inventory, customer loyalty, multi-branch reporting. Everything you need to run a single restaurant or a chain, in one browser tab.

How long does it take to set up?

Most restaurants are live within the same day. Add your menu, set up your tables, import your staff, and start taking orders. Our team can help with the initial setup if you want assistance.

Does it work without internet?

Yes — the POS keeps running on the local cashier station even if your internet drops. Orders sync to the cloud automatically once you reconnect. No lost tickets, no manual reconciliation.

Can I use my own receipt printer / kitchen printer?

Yes — Gastro Hub works with any ESC/POS-compatible thermal printer over USB or network. We provide a free desktop helper app (Windows + Mac) that bridges the browser POS to your physical printers. Map each printer to a kitchen or bar station and you are done.

How is pricing structured?

We offer a free trial so you can run real orders for 30 days before deciding. After that, pick a monthly subscription per location or a lifetime one-time license. See the pricing section above for current rates. No setup fees, no per-transaction cuts.
